To a regular person, the notion of “AI monitoring your home appliances for optimization purposes” is not a very appealing proposition. And yet that’s exactly what we were tasked with conveying for LG Proactive Customer Care.

In order to explain what this helpful program actually does, we saw this as an opportunity to add cleverness with use of a funny talent to raise customer awareness through video and social content. We created a series of videos, ranging from longform content for dotcom and YouTube, to 6-second teasers used as paid media in social and pre-roll.
The resulting work took LG’s new offering out of the intimidating world of AI monitoring, and launched it as a friendly service and great reason to buy an LG appliance. It was a hit.
